Overview：The procurement scope of 300,000 t/year LyondellBasell Spherizone PP-II extrusion granulator unit for ChinaCoal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project: Main motor and its auxiliary system, main reduction gearbox and its auxiliary system, hopper and its auxiliary system, twin-screw extrusion system, throttle valve, start-up valve, gear pump and its supporting system (if any), screen changer, discharge section and template, pelletizer, oil heating system, hydraulic system, granular water system, dryer, vibrating screen, relevant instruments, electrical equipment, operation spare parts, 2-year spare parts, special tools, etc. With a designed capacity of 300,000 t/year, the unit consists of a polymerization line and an extrusion granulator unit; PP powder is 0.2 $> 120 within the range of M.F.I. (measured at 230°C and 2.16 Kg); annual operation time: 8,000 hours; type of products includes homopolymers, random copolymers, impact copolymers, guaranteed capacity:
- 45000 kg/h for HOMO/RACO/HECO polymer with M.F.I. ≤ 0,7
- 50000 kg/h for HOMO/RACO/HECO polymer with M.F.I. > 0.7，

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2) In the period from January 1, 2013 to 7 days before the deadline for bidding this time, the bid products must satisfy the following performance requirements: At least one set of extrusion granulator unit with the production capacity of 45 t/hour and above using the polypropylene process of LyondellBasell Spherizone multi-zone circulating reactor of 300,000 t/year (the time shall be subject to the signing time of contract), and the applied project must have passed performance appraisal and acceptance for at least one year (the certificate of performance assessment signed by user is required; the time should be subject to the signing time of the certificate). Provide valid performance certificate or supply contract (copy or scanned copy) (to be specific, the valid performance certificate must specify the name, model, quantity, power and unit of the product, user name, home page, content page (price can be made confidential), signature page (time), etc.; The valid performance certificate must specify the name, model, quantity, power and unit of the product, user name, home page, content page (price can be made confidential), signature page (time), etc.; the original shall be kept for reference)
3) Any special equipment contained in the unit and its auxiliary equipment shall comply with the manufacturing requirements of the People’s Republic of China for special equipment; relevant information and data shall be provided according to China’s requirements for manufacturing special equipment in course of equipment manufacturing and delivery. Letter of commitment for this item is required in bidding documents.
4) Agency bidding is not accepted for the Project, for which bidding by the bidding equipment manufacturer is accepted.Trial products not accepted in the bidding.
